The movie business nowadays is all about who can create the biggest franchise. We’ve seen it with Fast & Furious, Ocean’s and now with John Wick. While most people will sit back and complain about oversaturation and lack of originality of movies, I say ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’.

The plot for John Wick: Chapter 4 has taken on a life of its own and twisted so far that sometimes I forget that this all started because some guy lost his dog. In this adventure with our favorite assassin, he continues to be hunted down by The High Table while fighting his way through impossible situations.

Now, we can all agree that the Wick chronicles are action packed with top-class stunts, but I will be completely honest with you that I couldn't stop laughing for half of the film. I mean seriously, how many times can a guy jump out of a window and get hit by a car before it slows him down a notch?

The end of this film held a different weight to it than the previous three films, like the series is officially coming to an end. But for those who follow theater protocol (aka knowing if the lights aren’t on, there are more scenes to be watched) then you could smell that a spin-off is in the making with a new generation of highly skilled killers.

John Wick: Chapter 4 is in theaters now and if you liked the first 3 movies then you’re gonna love this one. Buy a drink while you’re at it and make a game of it; take a sip everytime John gets hit by a car. You can thank me later ;)
